I've been in construction for over 40 years, in business for myself for about 37 years, and I will give a quote on a job or work by the hour for anything doing with construction including Plumbing, Electrical, Siding, Roofs, Installing new windows, installing carpet, doing trim, painting, drywall, cupboards, bathroom and kitchen renovations, sunrooms, and Concrete work.

Because I have extensive experience in all aspects of Construction for Homes and Commercial & Industrial Buildings, I will also do Inspections and reports for Homes and Commercial Buildings.

My own house in Tahsis was completely renovated by myself including roof, flooring, lifting house and adding 2nd level and additions, cupboarding, plumbing, and drywalling.

Some of the many projects I have worked on:

• 24 Units of Condominiums in Didsbury Alberta in 1983 as the General Contractor & Owner in charge of all construction.
• Worked for Edenvale Restorarion in in Vancouver area between 1994-1996 doing plumbing, heating and gas fitting.
• Hifield Development Corporation in Calgary. I had a 22.5% interest in the company, and we specialized in Warehouses for which I did mostly plumbing and Heating.
• Built 56 houses in Calgary in 1962 over 16 months from scratch including all finishing. As 60% owner of a Construction Company called Dinker Hendrix Construction, I was responsible for all construction.
